I regularly go to the plaza location for a smoothie or a smoothie bowl during lunch, I always receive great service. And I am always pleased with the taste of my food.

Excellent customer experience, prices of smoothies, however, are a little high.

The smoothie was delicious but the lady who rang me up gave herself a $3 tip after I said no thank you to a receipt. I was very confused when I got a message saying I was charged $3 more than the total she gave me. I did tell her I didn’t remember giving her a tip and asked her to look. She acted like everything is normal and said, “yes you gave me $3 tip). I just went on cause I had to go to class, but I always tip in cash, not on card. I won’t be going to this location. I’ll give better than $3 tips to other local smoothie shops. Be careful y’all! Get your receipts.

Well played, folks at nékter, well played. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, blue ribbon, 1st place trophy... however one needs to determine an absolute "winner", Nékter takes the cake, errrrr 'bowl' is maybe better suited word here. Given that I don't see or know of too many places for these tasty acai (or whatever combo of fruits, vegetables, and/or super foods you can conjure up) bowls, juices, and smoothies, this business hits the nail on the head. Time living in Portland brought me much knowledge and a vast array of people who made them to perfection and this feels exactly the same, if not even better. I had the dragon fruit bowl while my friend had the first acai bowl option, add peanut butter (protein). Both were incredible, but if you love peanut butter, I would suggest a double serving in whatever bowl you get. That's my angle on the next go round, 100%. The atmosphere was tranquil, as it was 815a when we arrived, on a Saturday. People still recuperating from the festivities from last night. Well people look no further. Mother nature will have you feeling 100 in no time! But the setting was perfect for even the most crowded of establishments. Oh, and nice work on the spotlight placement for the sun on the palm tree picture! What a gem of a touch! I will be back, frequently.

Loved my smoothie bowl! It was prepared perfectly! Will definitely be back to try other menu items.

My order is often wrong. I don’t enjoy paying this much for a smoothie bowl to have it wrong almost every time.

Love Nekter - would love to get something from you guys everyday! Today, we ordered and the order was supposed to be ready by 11:38. We were there and inquired to the young lady at the counter - she said it wasn’t ready yet. I sat down and waited until 11:55. I asked again and the guy working the register (manager?) said it was ready and grabbed it from the fridge. The smoothie had clearly been sitting for quite a while, was very soupy. (We realized it as we pulled away with a crying baby in back). It seemed like the location was very busy, I’m sure everyone was doing their best, but it was a disappointing smoothie when we know how good they typically are. But don’t worry - we’ll be back. Thanks!

It was good, I do feel there's different amounts of smoothie each time I pick up.

I ask for extra agave and its not very sweet. Its like the third time it’s happened. Also the smoothie was not blended all the way today. Bummer

Everything was great! From the smoothies to the açaí bowls to the customer service! We were all very happy and impressed with our experience!
