The employee that took my order was cordial, efficient, and expeditious. He took my order and prepared my green apple detox in a matter of minutes. The employee preparing the smoothies appeared to be inefficient, irritated, and discombobulated.
The restaurant was clean. The scent of crisp apples and tart lemons was surprisingly tantalizing. I like that their smoothies do not taste overly sweet, just the basics! There were approximately 6-7 customers in the store, excluding me. There appeared to be 2 staff on shift. This is my second visit to this establishment.
I placed my order for pickup and when i arrived she asked if i was there for pickup and then handed me my smoothie from im assuming a fridge. She was nice, nothing outsounding but not bad either. just nice quick interaction

I love Nekter and appreciate the convenience of online ordering. However, add-ons are sometimes missed in online orders. This evening, the whey protein was not added to my bowl. I understand that mistakes happen, but the extra costs can add up.

Nekter is always terrific, but the product in the service are exceptional. Today was above and beyond the usual quality experience, however. I recently had shoulder surgery so when I arrived to pick up my juices, Michael carried them to my car for me. He said it looked like it would be difficult to manage with just one arm and it would’ve required two trips if that wasn’t enough, he was kind and a pleasure as we walked down the steps toward my car, a truly gentle spirit, and kind person. I very much appreciate his extra care.
