The workers are friendly, but the size of the açaí bowls keeps shrinking. Other locations fill the bowls much more.

The bathroom was very dirty. I’m fine with women/men bathrooms, but this, for the great products you sell; was pretty disgusting! You might want someone to get in there & give it a good scrub. Toilet, sink, floor! Out of toilet seat covers & that was annoying.

mobile order pickup. was supposed to be ready at 12:01, it wasn't ready for pickup until 12:20. what's the point of mobile order if you're prioritizing other customers. i sat there waiting in the store for 20 min.
