They are very inconsistent with smoothie flavors and add way to much ginger to smoothies and juices

So the customer service at this location is terrible. Most of the employees don’t look at you or acknowledge you AT ALL, you really have to make an effort to get their attention to pick up your to go order, and unless you’re actively engaged in ordering they totally ignore you. No one makes eye contact with you to see if you’ve been taken care of in a way that almost seems like they’re deliberately ignoring you. Like I get that it’s loud in there, but nonverbal communication, some eye contact and maybe a smile from the staff would be great. The non-binary person (forgot their name) is legit the ONLY one that seems like they’re making an effort to connect with customers.

I scheduled my order to be picked up at 11:45. When I went in to do so, there were 3 people working and not a single person acknowledged me. I stood at the pickup area for at least 10 minutes and still not even a word of a hello. I had to get to work at noon and at 12:55 when other customers had come in, one employee finally came over and asked what I needed. She told me that it would still take a little longer and I told her I had to get to work. She told me they would make a note and make a free one for me on my next order. While I certainly appreciate the resolution, I was more frustrated with the fact that as they were blending and cleaning out juicers, there were multiple times that the employees looked at me or came near me and not even a word or a nod in my direction.

We ordered two of the same bowl and when we picked them up they were very small. It was almost as if they split one bowl into two. They weren’t even half full.
