The app stated that my order would be ready by 10am. I show up at 10:15 and it's still not ready. The staff was not apologeyic at all as they state that they were running behind and had only one working juicer and had not even gotten to MY order yet. This caused me to be late taking my daughter to work. Very hesitant to patronize your business in the future.

I ordered throught the app, when I got to the store I picked up my order. I ordered the super oat with blueberries and strawberry. When I saw my order, I was like is this supposed to be in this cup. It was in the cup of Sourdough and co. I didnt realize it until I was already driving and thought that it was so weird. Idk why they put it in that cup and it didn’t taste that good tbh

I originally placed an online mobile order for pick up. Then once I arrived I placed an additional order, and I waited outside until it was ready and once I returned you pick it up and there wasn’t a lid on it. This was not something I was OK with being that there are germs other customers getting their orders from the order pick up area and just the entire Covid issue on top of that. This was not my first time visiting Nekter or this actual location and anytime I picked up my order there has always been a lid on my island no matter what. This is the reason I gave the customer service a 5. Furthermore, I would like to suggest that no matter if the customer is planning on dining in or take out there should always be a lid on your items.
