I was not greeted by the person handing me my order-a female at approximately 3:30 pm on 2/16/23, but was asked by a male person if I needed anything else. This male person saved this transaction as the female did not acknowledge me and had poor customer service, in my opinion. I usually am greeted every time I arrive and feel very relaxed and comfortable upon arrival. Maybe she was tired, I don't know. However, a gentle reminder might help. Thanks!

I always place my order on line and then pickup. It’s ALWAYS ready on time and I’m greeted with a friendly hello when I arrive. I love all of the Nekter Bowls… and the ginger shots are seriously healing juice!!

Wonderful. I ordered two shakes online, one for me and one for my wife. We placed our order immediately after leaving the gym. After reaching the store front in 8mins, I walked in, was immediately greeted and asked if I had an order. Great service and delicious drinks! Thank you.

Order ahead through app is convenient. Order wasn't fully processed correctly, only 1 of 3 items ordered were made. Employee made missing drinks for me promptly. She was very apologetic and polite.

My recent order was great. I used the app and picked it up. The time before, wasn't as quick & the staff we're very educated on the nutritional facts. I asked, what would be a good option for fiber. They literally said "I don't know" but they're always very friendly.
