Nekter is always yummy! But the level of service is lacking or “young and immature” I online order frequently, and when I arrive, no one acknowledges me. Today I arrived, and waited 5 min before I had to initiate contact to tell someone I was there to pick up my order. One staff said “oh I’m sorry I thought you ordered online already” which didn’t make any sense .. because all she had to say if she saw me, “was how can I help you” or “are you here for an online order”? Rather than assume and not even acknowledge the customer ..

I love it and that is exactly why I continue going back. I wish you guys had more locations here in my area. Regardless, the drive to it is always worth it. It is my place to get my favorite acai bowls and smoothies.

Great! I ordered a make my own juice on the app. They happened to be out of one of the ingredients I chose and called me on my phone very quickly to see if I wanted something to replace that one ingredient. My juice was ready when I arrived at the store and I was in and out. Awesome job!

If this was a first time experience, we likely wouldn't come back. Service was good as always. The product and the wait were not though. My kids both didn't drink theirs because they said they didn't taste the same. Mine was lacking compared to usual as well.
