Salí de trabajar y llegué y miré el menú y agresivamente me dijo la chica de la caja si estaba lista y le dije amablemente que no. Cuando estuve lista para ordenar su cara mostraba desagrado, mala actitud y volteaba los ojos y suspiraba cada 3 segundos.
No entiendo porque recibí ese trato y tuve que salir sin haber ordenado aún, me sentí muy discriminada.
Consumó este lugar es unos de mis favoritos.
Deberían hablar con ella para mejor trato, esto pasó hoy 07/13/2026 6:50 pm.
I love Nekter and will continue to come back, but the strawberry avocado protein smoothie with added pineapple and banana had no flavor and tasted like I was drinking a cup of blended ice and milk. The service is always great and still love coming here.

I stopped coming here a while ago due to lack of customer service every single time. I’ve always felt unwelcomed when I enter this establishment and today is no different. I literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. One of the tenants looked at me and continued making orders and asked the girl next to her when she was done if she could take my order. It felt like I was a bother. Great products, great menu, but the lack in quality service makes me not want to come and spend my money here. I’ll have to find a better establishment or possibly another location with better service in the Modesto area.
Came in at 1:02 for my 1 o’clock order and haven’t yet been get greeted when I walked up to the pickup area for mobile orders.
