I like your juices and smoothies. But it does seem like you’re starting to go the way of Jamba Juice in making high-sugar treats more than healthy eats. I hope that trend doesn’t continue.

I used your mobile app and even showed up 5 min after it was supposed to be ready. The two kids working in the back had no one else they were helping and both came out looking like they’ve been taking a nap. My smoothie wasn’t made but the ticket was sitting in the counter. I had to stand there and watch the boy make my smoothie, no apology, no discount for the inconvenience. I use the online order app so I can make it on time to work. Thx for the inconveniences. What we happened to customer service these days? It’s all a bunch of lazy kids milking the clock. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. I will go elsewhere for a $10 smoothie.
I felt the smoothie in the smoothie bowl had no flavor. It was very strange but I definitely wouldn’t get it again.

We walked in and noticed the sign that you can only pay cash or place an online order due to the system being down. No problem sat in the lobby and placed an online order. I waited for about 15 minutes and noticed the employees were both on their phones. my mom walked up and asked if they had a pick up order for us and it was sitting in the fridge the whole time. You would think that they would ask us or call out our name when it was ready. Given the sign on the door, and we told them we were going to stand there and place an order online. Weren’t very friendly either. I would maybe understand if they had been busy, but they weren’t. Only us and one other group of people in the store that already received their smoothies.

The girl working was busy, but I ordered ahead to avoid waiting around. It still took longer than the estimated time. I love the juice quality and freshness so I will be back but I wish that ordering ahead guaranteed it will be done on time. There’s no music or ambiance while waiting so it feels uncomfortable standing around watching this poor employee make a million smoothies.

I love this place because they sweeten smoothies naturally. Also the portions are very generous and each order comes out beautifully prepared. In this case your food will look like the picture!

I have tasted the peanut butter chocolate smoothie from the Roseville location and they make it equally perfect. The one I received at the hazel location had too much chocolate and I could hardly taste the peanut butter. Maybe assure that workers are following the recipes. Thank you.

Customer service was good and servers were very polite. Product was mediocre. I really appreciate the integrity and quality of ingredients used by Nektar which appeals to my health consciousness. However, in my mind I was expecting an ice cold, thick smoothie and it was more like cool and watery. My wife ordered a chocolate peanut butter and it was warm and watery... so bad she could not finish it.
