I put my order in online because I was on my way to work and wanted a quick pick-up. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while someone in the back continued to work in the back and ignore me. I was even within eyeshot. I work in customer service and know that I can always feel the presence of a customer at my counter. Also, the person who was seemingly the manager was just eating his lunch in the back, not once checking the counter. Then when he finally noticed, the girl in the back just laughed and there was no apology. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.

This is the second time I have mobiles ordered and my order was not correct. The first time there was no ice and this time no pea protein which I did pay for. The girl was very nice when I went back in and fixed it. I don’t think mobile order is for me:)

I’ve been in here a few times now and the last time I went in there, the people didn’t have their card machine so I had to go pull out cash and then come back and then he got my order wrong and then he didn’t even apologize

our sincere apology . We have a credit card system, unfortunately it was down since that morning. WE had several instances in the past we got fake bills and we lost lot of money. We restrict our cash transaction to $20 bills. Our machines is working now. on your next visit there should be any issue taking credit card payments.
