Every purchase here has been smooth and the product delicious.

I got mango smoothie from this place which has zero mango taste it’s disgusting 🤢 I won’t recommend anyone who like mango smoothies do not waste your time and money this drink goes trash.

Nobody greeted me or made eye contact. I waited for 10 min before I was given what they thought was my order. My online order had been ready since I arrived in the freezer.

Absolutely amazing!!

Order wasn't ready at time requested. This is understandable since we ordered for 15 minutes after opening. The cashew milk was not as smooth as expected. It felt gritty. The protein waffles were amazing!

I arrived oldie my pickup. No one greeted. I stood in from of register for several minutes, without acknowledgment. Also, you’ve sought feedback, and I haven’t even received the juice. Bad experience altogether, and would not come back or recommend.

The staff was very friendly and acknowledged me right away, confirming whether I had placed an online order or was ordering in person. The quality was excellent, and I will definitely be returning.

My husband and I love the açaí bowls at Nekter, especially because we are plant-based. It is so convenient that they automatically use non-dairy options when making their bowls and smoothies…and that agave is used instead of honey. Today, we got some smoothies for friends that recent had a baby. They needed the cashew milk replaced with orange juice. While I couldn’t make the swap while ordering online, the cashier was able to get it rung up and it was made quickly. My only complaint about Nekter is the music they play in the dining area is quite loud. I’ve noticed this at other Nekter locations, so I wonder if it’s something the franchise requires of owners.
