You need more help in the Fair Oaks store. The product is very high in demand but you seem to lack help. There are many retired people looking for part-time work that are much more reliable than a younger crew looking for extra cash.
I love the product and will keep coming.

Every time I order on line from the app on my phone there is no wait time when I arrive to pickup. The service is great, the personnel in Nekter is unbelievably good. The drink/breakfast that I get is so good and made to perfection.

The girl working was busy, but I ordered ahead to avoid waiting around. It still took longer than the estimated time. I love the juice quality and freshness so I will be back but I wish that ordering ahead guaranteed it will be done on time. There’s no music or ambiance while waiting so it feels uncomfortable standing around watching this poor employee make a million smoothies.

Was my first visit. I ordered on my phone and it took 15 after I arrived to receive my items. We were then late for our appointment. Was kind of frustrating to wait so long and only 2 employees making items.

The apple, goji, hemp, nibs, etc were forgotten. Thankfully I noticed and they were happily added. The consistency of my açaí superfoods bowl was watery and also lacked kale.
