I have always had great experiences at the Roseville location and tried the Hazel location yesterday for the first time. The staff was not helpful and unfriendly, especially frustrating considering their order and payment system was down and we were trying to figure out how to do an order online. The girl that seemed to be the lead person was moody and never smiled. Would not go out of my way to go to this location in the future

We walked in and noticed the sign that you can only pay cash or place an online order due to the system being down. No problem sat in the lobby and placed an online order. I waited for about 15 minutes and noticed the employees were both on their phones. my mom walked up and asked if they had a pick up order for us and it was sitting in the fridge the whole time. You would think that they would ask us or call out our name when it was ready. Given the sign on the door, and we told them we were going to stand there and place an order online. Weren’t very friendly either. I would maybe understand if they had been busy, but they weren’t. Only us and one other group of people in the store that already received their smoothies.
