This particular order I would give a 4. There was something missing in the smoothie portion of the bowl making it more tart than usual, and the granola tasted stale. Not my usual experience with my orders.

Careless staff. Items forgotten. Additional toppings paid for omitted. Angry at how absurd it is to deliver 3/5 items. How can I even rate speed. Yeah the half the order I got was timely.. but then I had to drive to get the other half... so what use is fast if it's not right.

Way better product then midtown location. You put more chia pudding in the bowl then others which is why I always buy the breakfast version to add more chia and granola than what normally comes in it.
