The quality of ingredients has gone down we used to love all the yummy bowls. The peanut butter is runny, the assembly is thrown together and the fruit isn’t as flavorful. We’ve noticed the change the last three times unsure if it’s supply issue or a change in ingredients. We hope to see Nekter return to previous quality…

I thought I got the wrong order but I’d accidentally ordered the wrong bowl online. The server was incredible! I apologized and she was so kind. She made the bowl I wanted. I love it there!

I love nekter's menu, but every time I order something I am not provided a consistent product. This last bowl I ordered was runnier than a soothie and needed to be sipped from the bowl vs eaten with a spoon. I also requested no granola, but oats were floating throughout, leading me to believe nekter does not believe in a clean workspace or hygiene. I have a gift card to use up, and then I will likely stop trying.

The bowl was amazing! Best acai bowl I’ve ever had. I’m sure the juice would’ve been great too. Unfortunately I only received half of my order. When I called to get a refund the manager was unavailable and the staff couldn’t do anything but take my name and number. They are now closed and no one has returned my phone call. Very disappointing especially when the drink was not cheap. I would still like a refund if that’s possible.
