Ordered online, was ready when I got there. Older man seemed to be manager did not greet me but rather started at me waiting for me to say something. Once I mentioned I had an online order he seemed confused and said “what was it?” I started to answer when a female worker grabbed my smoothie and brought it to me. She was friendly. He wasn’t very welcoming :(

Great service! We tried the pumpkin smoothie and did NOT like it though!!

I am a bit afraid. I ordered a smoothie and juice. I felt like they didn't make the juice, but grabbed something green from the back and just handed it to me. It did not taste like the Green Apple Detox I ordered. There was no apple or lemon flavor. Am concerned that anymore Nekter locations seem to have all new employees that are only loosely trained. They are just making random stuff. They get flustered easy. There does not seem to be organized processes to handle a rush of business. Often orders have many mistakes or are late. Can't trust that you'll get what you order. Can't trust the hygiene. I saw one person at another location throwing in unwashed beets and oranges with the peels still on in the juicer.

Smoothie tasted great!

Have been to this place twice, both times placed a pickup order. Both times I waited 15 mins past my pick up time for the order, which I placed the night before. Second time they made the wrong drink, told me they would remake it but I ended up just getting a slurry of two different smoothies. I am not coming back and would not recommend to anyone.

I placed a pickup order last night for 7:15AM. I come in at 7:25 and the employee tells me its not quite ready. Okay, it should have been ready 10 mins ago. I wait, other employee comes up and brings me a smoothie from the cooler, but its the wrong drink. She stated she would remake the drink but I just recieved a half n half smoothie. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. What is the point of a pick up order if you still have to wait the same amount of time as if you just ordered in store????

Service was good and the pick up option works great. This was the first time I have had an order problem. The first bowl was perfect but the second was runny and the consistency of a smoothie. Kind of a bummer. Normally everything is great!

I am happy I got this survey as I Planned to write to share my experience. I placed my order through the app & I was hoping someone could run the smoothies to my car as I had my sick kiddo in the car with me. I called the store 3 times prior to walking in with my sick kid. I had expected it to be busy if phones weren’t being answered. I walk in to find the store empty & the Nekter employee sitting at the counter looking at her phone. She takes her time coming to the counter. I asked if they answer the phones, she nodded her head & said no. I told her I can’t imagine that would make the owners very happy. She stared at me blankly & asked if I needed anything. I said I needed to pick up my order. I gave her my name. She confirmed a question she had on my order,set the Smoothies down without another word & walked back to the counter to sit & stare at her phone. I have never in my life seen an employee care less about what they are doing. Maybe Audgeny just likes making smoothies but doesn’t like to work with customers. The only way I can imagine someone so disengaged is if they are high. There was another employee there who also seemed to not give a hoot. I’ll order from university

My order was wrong. I purchased 4 items and all were missing the additions I had made. The smoothie was missing the added banana and the bowls were missing the chia pudding and the mango bowl was the completely wrong base. I paid for all these extras and didn’t receive them and I found out after I left the store.

Ordered a juice cleanse ahead of time, and the pickup was quick and easy! So far really enjoying the juices and smoothies.

I have to be honest- I love this place and their smoothies- but today my smoothie didn't taste good and I didn't really feel very welcomed when I walked in to get it. This isn't normal for Nekter as I have never had a smoothie I didn't like! I'm hoping next time its better.
