I placed a pickup order last night for 7:15AM. I come in at 7:25 and the employee tells me its not quite ready. Okay, it should have been ready 10 mins ago. I wait, other employee comes up and brings me a smoothie from the cooler, but its the wrong drink. She stated she would remake the drink but I just recieved a half n half smoothie. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. What is the point of a pick up order if you still have to wait the same amount of time as if you just ordered in store????

i've tried to order multiple times over the last few days for bowls
they don't have bowls available, they told me they did not have strawberries and bananas this morning
Most of the time the on line ordering is not available at this location
if and when i get the product the product is on time and service team is very good

I have been trying since the night I ordered my cleanse, the next day and all this week, to have this cancelled and receive my full refund. I have been reaching out via email, called the store and left a voicemail well before the day of pick up but I have not heard back. I would like to have my full refund processed as soon as possible. I let the appropriate parties know to cancel my order well within your policy and I feel I should receive all my money back. Please have someone reach out about my refund & not just another update of saying someone will get back to me.

They got my order wrong.
I ordered a strawberry green teat fresher and I got a brown drink. My açaí bowl was also missing half the toppings it had no bananas or blueberries.
