Today was my first time trying this bar and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. My juice was great, I will definitely go again.
I order thru the app every Saturday. Last week the app wasn’t functioning and I received an email apology offering me $5 off my next order. When I ordered today the app would not grant me the $5 discount. Very disappointed.

The online ordering system is...frustrating. It almost deterred me from visiting entirely. Upon arriving, my order wasn't in the cooler where I had expected it to be and the app said it wasn't ready, so I sat and waited because I was a few minutes early. The app never said the order was ready, so I went up and asked and it turns out it had been ready the whole time... except for the cleanse. So I had to wait again while they packaged that up.
I should have checked as soon as I got there, but I foolishly relied on the app and didn't want to be an annoying customer asking for my items early.
This is the second time this month I've experienced app frustration to the point that I'd consider not visiting at all.

You often mess up my orders, but I love your products. Today, I sent my mom to pick up drinks and you only gave her 2 of the 3 drinks. I'm waiting for the owner to call me back and refund my 3rd drink.

my order was not given to me how i ordered it. little to no fruit was put on top of my bowl. i did a pick up order and had to wait an extra 10 minutes on top of my pick up time when there was only three customers besides myself that were in the store.
