Very unhappy about your app mobile ordering. There isn’t an option that allows you to request the order ASAP. I had to click the next available option that was 20 min from ordering. When I got there I asked them if they can make it ASAP since I had arrived and didn’t want to wait another 15 min. I showed them the confirmed order and they said they couldn’t because they didn’t have the receipt printed at their store yet. I waited for ten minutes.
Feedback: why have a mobile ordering system if the next available time to pick up is 15 min from the order being placed?
And why not train the employees to accommodate the poor ordering system for the customer who has arrived early.

My orders are consistently never ready by pickup time. This time it was so late that I missed a meeting. This is unacceptable. I will be getting my smoothies and juices elsewhere going forward.
