First time ordering here, they made me pay extra for PB and substitutions, then I pick up my order and literally none of the substitutions are there.. disappointing

Hi Andrew, Thank you for reaching out. I believe we spoke on the phone this morning. The PB is an extra charge and was put inside the bowl per the tickets instructions. The pineapple was subbed for strawberry and you were not charged for that. Sometimes it is hard to distinguish all the ingredients once they are all blended. My apologies. I will go ahead and refund you for the Banana Berry Bowl. You shold get an email for the refunded amount today.
This is the best Nekter in the area! I was greeted, my order was ready on time, and it was correct.

This is the best nekter location. It's the only location that both greets me when I walk in, and actually gets my (pretty simple) order correct! This will be where I go from now on.
