i ordered mobile pickup and was scheduled for 8 45. I was there around 8 40, but had to wait ~15 mins until the order was ready. Also, the person in charge wasn't able to answer our questions regarding the rewards program.

Normally it's great, they looked very stressed, I heard one person ask the other what something was and get mad when they didn't know. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:05, I have a few extra minutes because I know it gets busy and showed up at 10:15 and it wasn't ready. Also did you guys get new peanut butter? If so there has to be a better way to put it in because it is so sticky, it stuck to my lid and lifted off more than 1/2 of my toppings, which *****. I know before the pb was a little cold and solid but at least it was in a ball on the side, not taking my whole bowl with it. It's also not aesthetically pleasing, your bowls are so beautiful but not anymore with this sticky situation.
