Only issue was that we checked the box to leave off pineapples and my husband’s bowl had pineapples in it. No biggie but if he had been allergic to them, that would have been an issue. I ate them and they were delish so thankfully they were easy to remove from his bowl.

I'm new to the juicing world, but everything I purchased I was pleasantly surprised by. The cleanses are very clean tasting. The smoothie was a great combo. I also like the shots. The employees were helpful and everything was very clean.

My experience has been great, except today I ordered a smoothie for myself and my 2 small kids and mine (so far) has some hard particulates in it. It’s like a date pit was blended into my drink. i had to stop drinking it because there were too many and it hurt when I accidentally bit down on them, I was worried my kids had them too and they’d choke or hurt their teeth

2 employees were busy when I was there but should address customers with a quick “be right with you” when standing at the online pickup section. I stood at the counter for 4-5 minutes and made eye contact with one employee but wasn’t acknowledged. I finally had to say “excuse me” to see if my order was in the fridge. Again, she was super busy and I wouldn’t have expected her to drop what she was doing, but she did the same to the person after me. Just simply speaking goes a long way to not feel like an annoyance.

I love Nékter! Even when they are busy, the girls are always so nice and patient! Love the vibes and the valentines smoothie was the best! That’s my favorite flavor combination! So please bring it back next year!!!
