I'm old and have higher cholesterol. No more daily Taco Bell runs. Also at times eating is a hassle and I rather just drink a meal. Therefore I get on the app, order my drink, ride up, drop in, wait less than 1min, say our thank yous, and bounce and sip. Drink is delish. Fresh. Keeps me from growing more cholesterol.

I did an online order and it was done great. The order was done before time and the customer service was amazing!

We ordered on the app and even gave some extra time and walked over to a couple of clothing stores before attempting to pick up our order. It was finally ready 37 minutes after it was placed and only three people came in during that time to pick up their orders and every single person was told that it’s almost ready. There are three people wandering around and barely functioning. I would be absolutely be embarrassed if this was my business and those were my employees. Fortunately, it’s not.

We love nekter! The reason I lowered my food review from a 5 was due to my disappointment in recently learning that you use Splenda in all your protein powders. It is damaging to your gut. Please consider replacing your protein powder with unsweetened (artificial or otherwise) versions. Allow the customer to choose if and how their beverages are sweetened! Thank you for your friendly service.

Hi Madeline! Good news! We actually don't use artificial sweeteners like Splenda in any of our products including the protein powders 🙌 Also, we pride ourselves in giving the option to our guests if they want to leave out the agave, the natural sweetener we use in our bowls and smoothies. We can do that because we make these items fresh for you 😋
