Place an order through their app ,go to pick up the order and questioned as if I’m a common criminal by a young employee who felt entitled or thought things were a joke went to my car to get my receipt out of my phone as the order was placed on their app for a pick up at 8:45 was told while standing in there that the receipt just printed I have nothing to do with your process or procedure. I would never place an order for 9 o’clock and I have to start work at 9 o’clock. Then told me I had to cancel through the app which there is no location to cancel through the app said I would have to wait for the manager to get a refund. Please avoid this store at all cost very poor customer service, unprofessional. Definitely won’t ever have to worry about me coming to that store
Ordering through the app makes it convenient and pick up is at the precise time. I can depend on the set time for pick up.

Absolutely awesome. I love the peanut butter bowls. I treated a coworker to my favorite one today. She is going through chemo treatment and this was a treat for her.
