Walked in and it was super hot inside , it was hard to make a decision on what to order. Please pump up the AC!! The regular 24 oz smoothies are about $9.00 , which is a little too high compared to a jamba juice !!! A little too crazy !!! We ordered the pink flamingo and the mango delight, they were great !! And the boosters are $1.00 each , which is too much !
I want to start with, I do love this place! Im a usual at the biltmore area location and was really excited when I saw this location was opening across the street from my work. If you read this review, know its not due to taste because the drinks are fantastic.. This experience that happened though was upsetting to me because it impacted my life once the order was done.
I did an online order today and as i mentioned above, i work across the street and my company has very strict break adherence policy, if you are even 1 min late returning, you are considered tardy and its a hefty impact on my performance evaluations. The online order was done so I could quickly walk across the street an just grab it an be on my way in a timely manner. The online site indicated 1:19 my order would be ready for pickup, so I didnt leave my desk until 1:19 to give a little buffer window. Upon arriving, my order hadn't even been reviewed yet an there was another order ahead of mine for someone who just walked in prior to me. The motto on your site and on your cups "Skip the line, order online" is what i was expecting, but this is the opposite of what happened. I ended up returning late from my break and this tardy is now something I have to deal with. The woman working today gave me a coupon due to me having to wait which i appreciated, but the coupon was expired effective 1/20/19... Im sure it wasnt intentional but that does me no good. Im posting this in hopes maybe a small training can happen since this is a newer opened location to ensure they review online orders which have posted times of when its expected to be ready to avoid a situation like this for someone else in the future.
