I placed the order on my phone for pickup, the site is pretty user friendly. When I walked in to get my order, I was greeted by a nice young woman who took care of grabbing my drinks & asked if there was anything else I needed. I thanked her & went on my way. The drinks were delicious. Overall pleasant experience.

Most the time it's good, most staff are very friendly. #1 issue always had been and still is consistency in juices. They often taste very very different depending who makes it so you never know what you'll leave with. I would order online much more often if it was reliable #1 & #2 you could pay with your gift card when ordering online. Very hard to have the time to come in to order and wait with two small children.
