I ordered online and the item was exactly what I ordered! And it was ready by the time I showed up! The cashier was super helpful when I asked for a nutritional sheet as well! And the smoothie bowl was phenomenal. 10/10!

You guys are the best smoothie/juice shop I have ever been to and that’s not even an over exaggeration. Compared to Jamba or any other smoothie place, your products taste FRESH and natural. There’s no artificially sweet flavors and no ice cream added to any of the products so I can enjoy all the sweetness without guilt.

Ordered strawberry avocado smoothie online show up they gave me a smoothie that had the strawberry chai jam in it, but it definitely wasn’t the strawberry avocado. This is the third time it happens.

Hi JR. Thank you for sharing this with us! I realized that I had the wrong recipe posted in the store for the staff for this specific smoothie. They thought they were making it correctly due to my failed instruction. This has been corrected, and I can assure you that your next Avocado Smoothie will NOT have chia jam in it.

When I'm at Nekter, the cashier was friendly and helpful. I had ordered on my phone app but had difficulty completing my order, only to find out my order went through as I received an email the next day to let me know my order went through. The next day I went and asked about my order and he (the cashier) was kind to order my smoothie for me as I already paid for it previously.

the service is amazing however the smoothie to topping ratio on the smoothie bowls is not the best. i feel like i don’t receive enough smoothie or berries but i get a lot of coconut flakes and granola.
