The service was ok but part of the order (juice) was missing when I arrived and it was well after the designated pick up time. The juice was then made wrong but i didn’t have the time to go back in and have them remake it since I was already running behind from having to wait in the first place. the other item (açaí bowl) was put together very sloppy. The layer of chia pudding was a lump on the side that was sinking to the bottom. I buy from this location often and it was just not up to par.
The staff member apologized for the juice not being made, but there was no sincerity to it. The experience as a whole left little to be desired. I will most likely go back because i am a fan of the products and Stockton does not have to many alternatives.

I ordered pick-up. Employees were EARLY with my order, addressed me immediately upon entering and on top of that were so friendly. Highly recommend this establishment!

My juice didn't seem to be as dense as it usually is. Today it almost seemed watery and translucent. Typically when I finish the juice there's lots of fibers in the cup, but today it was very clean.

Service is always great but the item I purchased today a "dragon bowl" far worse bowl I've ever had not only did it only have two toppings, but the bottom portion was very very small amount! I come here because of the service and of the orders I've made in the past. I've been very great with plenty of fruit on top, but this time is not great at all.

Previously, store would close BEFORE business hours and start cleaning the machines 30 minutes before closing time to go home early. Machines should not be cleaned until after closing time.
