it seems like the staff doesn't look at the add-ons carefully. sometimes i get the menu item without my add-ons. especially when i order no aguave or extra protein through the app.

The system was down so I was forced to order online. It was made quickly. But the employee that helped me seemed distracted as she asked me the same question 3 different times which made me wonder if she made the order correct and added in the extras that I requested. This is important to me as I have health concerns that require me to keep track of my micronutrients.

I came in thinking I was early so I sat down by the takeout counter. Waited for like five minutes, so then I asked about my juice. It was in the fridge, already done before I came in! My green juice separated. Oh well.
