Website says ready in 15, was over 30 minutes. Very little value in ordering online when it seems to take longer to receive your online order than people walking in and ordering.

I was not satisfied with the quality of my drink. I ordered a bowl and the consistency was like juice. Additionally, I did a mobile order with gut health drinks and the bowl. When I arrived to the pickup counter I was told I needed to go to the refrigerated area to grab my other items. The purpose of the mobile order is so all my purchased items can be ready in advance and all together. Additionally, what if the item sold out and they weren’t aware and I had to go searching for it. I did not like that concept.

They don’t ask questions if standing there for extended periods, hadn’t called out my order and instead put it in a fridge which they hadn’t done for others, confused about the long wait I ask and they grab my drink from a small fridge on the side, wasted a lot of my time.
