When I'm at Nekter, the cashier was friendly and helpful. I had ordered on my phone app but had difficulty completing my order, only to find out my order went through as I received an email the next day to let me know my order went through. The next day I went and asked about my order and he (the cashier) was kind to order my smoothie for me as I already paid for it previously.
