PB Healthnut was ordered and lacked taste. I observed the person making the smoothie add additional cashew milk at the end of the process but they did not add any other ingredients which caused the drink to lack the flavor from the dates and peanut butter. Logic would tell you that if you only add liquid it will dilute the flavor. Need to follow recipe closer to ensure the taste is consistent and isn't just a cashew shake-

It wasn’t busy at all but still took them 35 minutes after my order said it should be ready in the app. Took me checking on it twice for them to start making them.

Worker took my name for my online order and it was not ready and they didn’t let me know they just went back to work and my order wasn’t ready when only 1 other person was in the store

Last two occasions, I've paid extra for additional ingredients and did not get them in my juice. By the time I check iam usually a few blocks away and don't want to ve that person that drives back. This last time I didn't pay for extra ingredients but my juice didn't seem right the balance was off. People are great, but worker should take a little more pride in getting the juice right

My mobile app says that the greenie juice is not available when I go in and order it it is available.

My son only received 1 of the 2 items because you have to grab your own cold box items with a mobile order- which we did not know and were not told. There needs to be a better system in place for mobile orders that all the items ordered are put together.
