I ordered two Açaí bowls. Both had very little banana and fruit. It was mostly granola and juice. I also ordered mango, and there was no mango. I have been SO happy in the past- this was surprising. I’m hoping it’s just a one time issue.

They said they couldn’t find my order. Showed the girl my order than she said they would start making order, before handing me my order she asked if she can see my order once again on my phone because she wanted to make sure I ordered for today. Than she said what time did I ask to pick it up I explained to her 10:45 she said that’s why because we don’t start working on orders til they’re going to be picked up? I understand everyone gets backed up in work at one point but please be more professional!! its not my first time there so don’t question me like I don’t know and just do your job instead of saying things that make zero sense why would I place an order for a pick up time if your not going to have my order ready til I arrive? Obviously I’d just go in the store if that was the case..

I am generally pleased with your service. However, A couple of times my order was wrong and I did not go back to have a corrected with the exception of today. Not sure why the orders are not being done correctly when they are spelled out but they were two items missing and it was disappointing to have to turn all the way back around to go get it right. The young lady was nice and she added the two items that was missing.
