I gave a 5 for customer service because this is the 3rd time I've ordered a bowl and didn't get the extra peanut butter on top that i paid extra for.

It gets a little crowded, I’m never sure if my order is ready when I come pick it up even though the app would say it’s ready. The staff is friendly. Better organization and ease of access for online orders. It was kind of dusty, possibly wiping down every hour?

My family and I enjoy getting the acai bowls. We definitely love how they are perfect amount of fruit and not to sweet. I highly recommend and costumer service is amazing.

My favorite one is Pineapple Matcha, i ordered the 32oz was just a liirle surprised when they didnt fill it up to the brim and there were still lots in the blender. I think its a little bit of a waste, and its always nicer to get a full 32oz 😅
