I arrived to the order pickup area and was not greeted by staff. They were busy making orders so I waited a bit but was never helped until nearly 10 minutes had gone by. A few people grabbed their orders and then another customer arrived to pick her order up and was helped immediately so I went up to ask about my order. It was already made in the fridge. I understand they were busy but there were 3 staff members so someone could've greeted or said they would be right with me.

My experience was ok. I didn't like how the girl that made my bowl wasn't paying attention to what I was asking and telling her. I requested coconut flakes in my bowl instead I got cocoa which was the cashier's fault. She said she accidentally put add cocoa instead of coconut flakes although she heard me say coconut flakes. She said she didn't know what she was thinking and the girl that made my bowl was not paying attention to that I was asking for coconut flakes & kept telling me she put it in there. I told her that's not coconut flakes, Coconut flakes is white not Brown and before I can ask her what was the brown stuff the cashier that rung me up took my bowl apologized and poured my bowl over a garbage to pour out the cocoa before I can ask her just give me some coconut flakes. She re-did the toppings which wasn't much with the coconut flakes as I requested when ordering however my bowl should had been completely remade instead of pouring out over the garbage or I should have been asked would I like her to add the flakes on top or my bowl remade to order not poured out over a garbage can.1
I haven’t ordered any food delivery in awhile. But I’m happy that it went very well. Thank you so much!
