The employees need to be more hands on and multi task when there is a lot of people in the building and not ignore customers

We love going to Nekter but the Stockton, CA in Lincoln Center only fills the cups up 1/2 way to 3/4 and for the price they should fill it closer to the top. And this is EVERY time we go.

I really enjoy how fast my drinks are prepared. My only complaint would be to have more of a friendly interaction with your employees. They are very cut and dry. Other than that, no complaints.
