The juices were not made how I had ordered them. It clearly had ginger even when I said no ginger.

Not a good experience this time around. I was the first one to come in for online pick up. Waited 6 minutes from my pick up time. I was never acknowledged for 6 minutes. It wasn’t until the third person came for online pick up. The employee working the bowl counter acknowledged the third person first and I clearly was standing there waiting patiently for 6 minutes. How is there 4 employees making orders and one working the till can’t bother to look up and clearly see someone standing there for 6 minutes until 3 online customers show up and to not get it get it right. I didn’t leave feeling like there was any customer service. Not sure if it’s because I leave cash tip and not online tip? Definitely makes me feel like I should try other places and not make this my go to for juice.

I have never had a bad experience with Nektar yet! And the drinks/juices really DO taste natural. Pretty much, my favorite juice bar! 👍

Nice, clean place. Very disappointed to find that even though it's thought to be healthier than Jamba juice as a diabetic the only option I could find was water as far as drinks go.
I came in thinking I was early so I sat down by the takeout counter. Waited for like five minutes, so then I asked about my juice. It was in the fridge, already done before I came in! My green juice separated. Oh well.

Went to and literally register down saying jkyou.must use app. Try for 10 minutes to place on app only to find out due to their policy for being understaffed they weren't making acai bowls today?!?! Only juice....horrible experience. So you advertise a product you are refusing to make?

I ordered ahead which I always do. I had to wait for a few minutes for someone to acknowledge/look at me and find my juice in the refrigerator.
