I adore Nekter smoothies and bowls.

I love the açaí bowl with peanut butter and a layer of chia seed pudding….its to die for. The almond butter health nut and the PB&J smoothie are also at the top of my list. Can’t wait to go tomorrow to curb my appetite.

System was down, so my order wasn’t ready when I got there. They had to look at my order confirmation to complete order. I had ordered 6 bowls and they only made 2, so had to wait even longer for my order. Then they messed up and had to scrape the toppings off cuz I didn’t want to wait again and I don’t like banana. Granola was stale and the flavor or the bowl tasted off, not like it usually is. Pretty disappointing for a $100 order as I order for lunches for my week and freeze them. I’ve been coming every weekend, but this was the worst I’ve had.

Went to and literally register down saying jkyou.must use app. Try for 10 minutes to place on app only to find out due to their policy for being understaffed they weren't making acai bowls today?!?! Only juice....horrible experience. So you advertise a product you are refusing to make?

This bowl seems to be getting. Smaller and smaller--- not as satisfied this time Customer service is excellent

Today was the first time I completed my order online and it was my least favorite. When I arrived to pick up my order I wasn’t greeted by any of the 3 staff behind the counter. A lady came in after me and she was greeted and helped right away. My drink was made and in the fridge. However, the staff wasn’t aware that I had ordered a superfood bowl. I thought I would be able to take both items and leave, but I in fact had to wait for the bowl. Needless to say, it was just ok for me. I should have waited until I arrived before tipping online.

I was kind of Upset that my bowl was not ready when I got to the store but it was well worth the wait, It was made with pure love everything was fresh and I left happy 😆

I choked on this half way through my dragon fruit smoothie This is the second time I choked on plastic not sure whats going on in there now, they do have a couple of new faces, I walked in being the only person in there, ordered one smoothie and sat by counter like normal to get my order 2 other people walked in to order not pick up but placed a order as I did, well them same people walked out with one a smoothie and one a bowl while I still sat waiting for my order definitely not a good vibe here anymore this is normally my favorite spot being i only eat fruit, I added the second picture with plastic

I felt very satisfied with my experience and the fruit bowl i ordered was made really well and was delivered fast.
