My order was placed online, join arriving about 25 minutes after ordering, I found the order wasn't even printed from online. I had to wait until all in store customers were completed before I received my order. The online process doesn't work and is a waste of time.

Great food BUT…. Horrible service. It’s the closest location to my job so I shop from them but it is ALWAYS unpleasant and every word is like pulling teeth. The customer is a nuisance here.

This location was very slow, just one person working at register and it wasn’t completely her fault the chick she was helping wasn’t the best speed once she pulled out cash and then gave the cashier money after the fact. And I had a pick up that I was just there to get and that took close to 15 mins ?!

I ordered a protein bowl split, but was given two cup sizes instead of two bowls. There was hardly any fruit or granola on the açaí mic as it was in a small cup.
