I keep coming back because everyone is always very friend and it’s all delicious and healthy but the timing of the order is never right. Today my order was 10 minutes late which meant I had to stand there and wait around.

I stood in the pick up area due to ordering online. I had 3 employees look at me and not ask me if I needed anything. They basically ignored me. They were busy but that has never happened before at this location. I had to wait for the blender to go off and say “I have a pick up”. Then I was helped. Also, the turmeric shot had sediment on the bottom of the cup. Not sure how long they can be made agead and kept in fridge but it wasn’t fresh. And the Açaí bowl was not filled completely. There's no point in doing an online order. They will leave it for last and take care of all the walk-ins first. You end up waiting an extra 15-20 mins from when your order is supposed to be ready. Dont do an online order and if you do, don't tip. Ran by full teenagers who don't wash their hands or use gloves.
Delicious Health Nut smoothie. I keep coming back but wish one could be closer to Goodyear. Great smoothies, ginger shots yum, and clean atmosphere. This usually our first stop when it mommy and daughter day 💕
Love the juices but they are expensive and seem to always fill the cup 3/4ths of the way.

I order something from here almost every day! The workers are very friendly, hard working, and always accommodating. They can get pretty busy sometimes, so I usually order ahead of time on their app. Highly recommend!
The online was 30 minutes out, once there, it took another 10 minutes to complete my order. It makes it tough with appointments when trying to fit in a pick up.

I couldn't pre-order the protein bites with my shake so I still had to wait in line. My shake wasn't ready when I got there, even after waiting in line. And it wasn't blended properly. There were large chunks of dates that blocked the straw.

They frequently seem to not know what’s going on at this location and the customer service could be better. There is also a lack of organization. I love the company but the service is tanking!

What’s the point of ordering online or app if the associate is not even looking at the kiosk to check. This location need serious management changes as I visited multiple time but similar bad experiences. I was offered credit on drinks but that’s now what I want. I want a simple thing - CUSTOMER SERVICE
