I ordered at 9:30 for pickup at 10:30. The ordered wasn’t even being made until I came in at 10:30. Had to wait 10 extra minutes and I didn’t have the time for that. Overall not happy at all.

I would recommend the order wait time would be a little quicker. I work in the complex and I need to be able to grab and go on the spot from when I place the order. 20minutes was the estimated time for it to be ready and I almost was unable to go pick my order up do to patients walking in the door after 15minutes. But when I did arrive the employee was super sweet and nice and I was in and out.

Was never greeted by either employee working at the store. Came in for a pickup order placed in the Nekter app and also purchased a couple of juices upon arrival. Said hello to the employee at the register and all I got back was "Just these for you?" referring to the juices I picked out from the refrigerator. I went to pay with Apple Pay as I checked online before where Apple Pay was listed as a payment option for this location and was informed Apple Pay was not accepted. I then had to return to my vehicle to retrieve my wallet to checkout. The store was also very uninviting apart from my not-so-warm welcome. No music, no ambiance. Compared to other Nekter locations I frequent this location and its staff were not up to par.
