I did a mobile order and it was ready when I arrived so that was awesome. The only reason I put a 5 for customer service was because it wasn't anything special. I said I had placed a mobile order, they asked for my name, then pulled it from the refrigerator sat it down and walked away. Again, this isn't necessarily bad. It just wasn't great. A quick how's your day going!? or did you need anything else!? Have a great day! Would have been a 10 in my book.

I placed an online order and while it was ready when I walked in….no one verified it was actually my order and turns out it was the wrong protein bowl. Totally sucks bcuz I was looking forward to it.

customer service was great. i ordered two extra shots of whey protein in a regular drink and received it in a regular size. i just feel like i'm not getting the full amount of extra protein that i paid for since whey protein expands the drink.
