I walked into the store the two associates working they looked at me, didn’t speak didn’t say anything one just kept working another one walked to the back. It’s kind of no surprise, but wow amazing that these places have any business at all judging by a lot of the one star reviews I’m not the only one.

Enjoy our delicious and fresh bowl and smoothie. One of the bowls was missing one of the toppings but got taken care of right away. We also did not receive our extra granola 😞

I place the order via the app and checked marked to have the chia seed pudding added to my acia bowl, which costs extra but it wasnt added to the order.

The product is always great, but I don’t know if it was too early in the morning, but customer service was lacking this morning. She had a hoodie on with the hoodie up, she was not very pleasant and very slow. I still love the products and location, and ease.

My only complaint is the same one I raise every time: either end the reward points or open it up to more things. Sorry, I will not use points for things I am not interested in, like small drinks.
