My experience is usually always lack luster. The customer service often ***** but the place is run by college students so i don’t expect much. I continue to make purchases because it’s the only place to get a fresh juice/smoothie that is not full of sugar. I do wish the experience was better though.

The only issue is that I'm gluten free, I asked that you.put the granola on the side, and you.put it in the smoothie. So I couldn't eat the smoothie from the cup, I had to take it out, and sort of recreate the bowl when I got home. Also, I'm Not even sure if the granola products you use are gluten free because there's nothing showing allergens

It has improved over the years. However the facility after morning rush isn’t clean so I refuse to make a purchase after 11 am .

I ordered from Michigan for my college student. It was ready when she got there and she was able to have a nice healthy breakfast on me!!!! We don’t have a NEKTER here so I was going to use my reward but I read the reward wrong.

My order was not ready. I got there 5 minutes later than the ready time and still not ready. He was also not aware that I had two separate orders and had to tell him.
What’s the point of ordering ahead when you don’t have it ready as promised?
