I came here around 2pm on Saturday to order the Raspberry açaí bowl. I looked up what I wanted beforehand and knew what I wanted when I came in.
To begin, it was so hot in the store when I walked in that I contemplated going outside to wait for them to finish my order. Still air. I’m not sure if their a/c is just not working or if they only keep in on in the back, but I wouldn’t recommend sitting in or studying here.
The service was meh. The girl at the counter wasn’t the most inviting, but she got my order correct. The other lady who actually made my bowl did well, but when I asked if they had napkins she said no and then walked away. There was a paper towel dispenser next to the sink she could’ve offered as a solution. What restaurant doesn’t have napkins…?
The bowl itself was good. Taste wise it was what I expected. No comments there
The price? A little high considering it’s a smoothie with probably a dollars worth of fruit on top.
I paid 15 dollars and don’t feel like what I got was worth doing it again. Was it good, yeah. Was it $15 bucks good? I don’t think so…

Disappointing experience. I overheard staff planning to substitute different fruit in my smoothie because they were out of raspberries, without even asking me first. Customers should always be informed before changing their order.
I also ordered the berry shortcake waffle, and it had a strong chemical taste and was not enjoyable.
For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and professionalism.
