Went with my sister, the man who was at the counter was not only rude to my sister who didn’t know she couldn’t get something as it was her first time, but when I found multiple hairs in my parfait he was extremely rude about it. When I presented the parfait along with two hair strands his response was “well I made it”, then asked “well do you want me to make you another one..?”. No apologies, no offer for accountability, nothing. After the second one was made I found ANOTHER hair in the second parfait, at this point both my sister and I were done.
To clarify I found all three hair strands after mixing through my parfait and getting to the yoghurt which it was embedded in, I know that it was not my hair as it was dark, short, and straight, I have curly, long, and hot pink hair.
No apologies, no refund, no accountability, Towne lake is a great atmosphere however Nektar you need to step it up for the community.

I stopped by just to check it out and tried the Berry base, and wow…. The blend was fresh and wasn't too sweet. The granola wasn't soggy which im usually picky about. 🫰🏻

I recently tried the Banana Berry Base at Nékter Juice Bar, and it was absolutely delicious! The blend of açaí, banana, strawberries, and blueberries creates the perfect balance of sweetness and freshness. Every sip tasted incredibly flavorful and refreshing. The ingredients are blended with housemade cashew milk, which gives it a smooth, creamy texture.
The service was just as impressive as the drinks. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. It’s clear they care about providing great customer service and quality products. I’ll definitely be coming back for another Banana Berry Base soon! 😊

I love NEKTER-Cypress! They have amazing parfaits, the bowls are so delicious and the orange buzz is my favorite drink! The employees are always so sweet and welcoming. They are also patient and helpful when I’m wanting to trying something new. The environment is always clean and organized. We come to this specific location pretty regularly, the experience is always a constant 5 stars! Highly recommended!!!

Staff are always friendly! Especially Matt!! The smells are amazing soon as you open the door. It’s very refreshing. One of my favorite places to stop in to when coming to the boardwalk.

The açaí bowls are so well made and delicious! The workers there just have great vibes and are always sweet, I 100% recommend this place if you’re looking for something refreshing and filling.
