Absolutely loved this place, my smoothie was so good and the worker Kayleigh was so nice and and helped me pick out a drink. Customer service here is outstanding!! Definitely recommend.

My favorite place on earth! I love Nékter. I originally discovered Nekter in California and was so stocked to discover there was one here in Cypress too! They’re so kind and they get my order right every time. I send all of my friends here, because it’s really that great. I love the toxin flush and the açaí superfood bowl, but honestly I have a lot of favorites. I’ve also done the juice cleanse and it was great too! Kayleigh and Matt are awesome! So kind

I love going to Nekter for their Açaí bowls and Smoothies! Always fresh ingredients that taste great! Matt and Kayleigh always welcome me with a smile and great customer service as well!! Definitely a place you will want to try and go back to often!!

I started coming to Nektar when I started using the Pilates gym in this shopping center and I have not been disappointed. I love to have something equally healthy and delicious and they hit the spot everytime! Super grateful for Kayley and Matt!

rude customer service, the person taking my order was very impolite and yelled at me when I was making a mistake paying for my order.

Currently have been standing in line waiting for my order for the last 30 mins. Service here sucks, I can’t even rate the smoothie and juice I purchased because it’s still being made. Smh, you would think the service would be better, being that this location is in Townelake but I guess not. They haven’t even reassured me that my order is being worked on… others have been standing here just as long as I have.

We did turn off online ordering to better accommodate in store guests and to get service times caught up. Please know that this is not our standard. I had their PB bowl and it tasted amazing. They had great customer service and helped me out as it was my first time there!

My order is for pick up today at 8am. I’ve been sitting here for an hour praying that someone would please show up. Multiple customers trying to enter only to see that they are not open on time. Not happy about this today because I am supposed to start my cleanse!

Great place, pretty good drinks, specifically the pb mocha smoothie and the green apple detox! The employees are all really nice, and will do their best to help with any questions you have, even if they don't know 100% they'll give you as much info as they can give you to help you!

it’s inconsistent depend on who make it. The response from them below showed they take customer feedback so I would give them more chances. My kids and I are still go for our açaí bowls.
I was completely shocked at how this place has become. My kids go there a lot for the açaí bowl. Taste great but lately they only fill in half full . Açaí bowls is $10.23 after tax and we typically add $1 tip. So $12 & we get it like the picture attached, very disappointed.

Great food. But I was waiting (and others) almost 25 minutes for a smoothie. The same people who are taking the orders are the same people making the food. This is the second time we have had this experience and so will not be returning.
