I revived my order within 3 minutes of ordering it. The employees have really nice mannerism too. My smooth was yummy🤭

It was my first time coming here and I ordered the Buzz. I will say the juices are pretty pricey for the amount you get. My drink tasted pretty good for the most part.

I've been standing here for 5min before the girl turned around and greeted me. I would of left if I didn't prepay.
To go off of the owners response. We were the only people in the store and were standing at the counter even talking so they knew we were there. The other employee in the back even walked right by us trying to grab an item. Maybe if we were white the situation would of been different.

I love Nekter Juice Bar! Their staff is friendly and welcoming. The bowls and smoothies are my favorite. The juices are great aswell. Next time you’re at the boardwalk of Towne Lake I recommend trying this place out!

The customer service was horrible. I still said thank you and she ignored me every time. I received the worst açaí bowl and smoothie I have ever had. The açaí bowl was watered down didn’t taste like anything. My tropical smoothie tasted disgusting. Overall horrible experience. Either they need to teach their staff manners/ customer service as well as how to make their products properly or just get new staff all together. $25 wasted and I tipped smh.
