Delicious! I had the acai bowl and chia pudding with a turmeric shot, looks so good trastes amazing. Rebecca served me, very nice and kind and brightened my day I will be coming by again! 10/10 recommend!

My go-to spot for the best smoothie bowls - always so consistent and delicious. Service is always quick whether I order on the app or in-person. Matt is always accommodating and Jasmine is great at what she does.

TERRIBLE service! The girls working here don’t greet you, make you feel super awkward and unwanted. They lie and say the juicer is “down” so they don’t have to work. And the time I demanded for them to fix it they poured some other red premade juice in my drink. It was Green Apple Detox and tasted nothing like it. The drink separated and it went bright red. There is nothing red in that drink. I hope the owners read this and fire those girls. I’ll be contacting corporate as well. We pay too much for these drinks!

First time customer review. So as a Towne lake resident I decided to give Nekter at Towne lake a shot.
First time I walked in my husband wanted to try their ice cream. We told no ice cream until the summer. We can accept the answer just wished the workers were not so visibly upset of being at work and being short.
We left but i decided to come back a few hours later to try their fresh juice. It was 7:45pm and when we walked in we were told they were not making juice anymore and you could smell the bleach already.
I asked what time they closed and was told 8pm. Employees advised they were not making anymore orders so they can clean.
Well I guess if you want a juice come no later than 7:00pm!

This was my first time visiting here, and I am pleased by my first choice,the orange crush smoothie. I was experiencing pregnancy nausea, so I requested to add ginger. The young lady was so sweet, and also added me a side of ginger shot(complimentary). I will definitely be back. Order was taken and completed in less Than 8 minutes. The smoothie is delicious!! I will definitely be back again to try more options.

Matt (he said he was the owner and originally told me his name was Oscar- turns out his name is really Matt) was extremely rude during my most recent visit. During my last visit, my drink was made differently than usually (Matt made it), I kindly asked if he could correct and it just didn’t workout so I asked a refund. No harm no foul … then, during my next visit he decided mention my last visit stating “thought you didn’t like use. You said we didn’t have any flavor”. I then requested someone to make my drink and said “no offense, my drink was off last time” then it become a passive aggressive response from him during the rest of the exchange. This is unacceptable. I will be coming back to speak directly to someone but other than this is last time I will be paying $12 for a smoothie from Nectar
