I love Nekter Juice Bar! Their staff is friendly and welcoming. The bowls and smoothies are my favorite. The juices are great aswell. Next time you’re at the boardwalk of Towne Lake I recommend trying this place out!

The customer service was horrible. I still said thank you and she ignored me every time. I received the worst açaí bowl and smoothie I have ever had. The açaí bowl was watered down didn’t taste like anything. My tropical smoothie tasted disgusting. Overall horrible experience. Either they need to teach their staff manners/ customer service as well as how to make their products properly or just get new staff all together. $25 wasted and I tipped smh.

My son ordered the chocolate bowl, and we were very disappointed. The açaí mixed with chocolate was very bitter and overpriced, I ordered the mango smoothie, which was not as sweet as I expected. There was decent service, but I would not recommend it or go again. $24 dollars wasted on here.

This was the worst açaí bowl I have every had. The açaí tasted watered down. The service was lack luster all the employees had AirPods in their ears didn’t greet anyone. A couple in front of me just walked out. Also the oranges and apples in the bins they would juice were moldy. Definitely won’t be back.

I ordered 3 açaí bowls and they did not verify that all the details were right. I got my order and one of the bowls was messed up. I went back and told a lady working there and she showed me my receipt and said that that was was what I ordered. Turns out the cashier took my order wrong and the lady wouldn’t swap it out for what I originally said because he rang it up wrong. Both me and my friend remember me correctly saying the order and the cashier still got it wrong and wouldn’t correct the error. Bad customer service.

The açaí bowls from Nektar in Towne Lake are 15/10. Sure there are other places that can make their own version of açaí bowls but they’re always overly sweet or don’t have an adequate amount of fruit. This place is the best!
